WOT is 2800 RPM 18 mph early in the season (boats are lighter then) with 1.5:1 gears. I just run 2200 +- on an average day at 14-15 mph having 3/4 full twin 95 gal fuel tanks. The 20x20 prop on a 1 1/8 shaft came with the boat. I did have some tuning done by who I believe at the time was Long Island Propellers because I had harmonic vibration @ about 1800 RPM. It wasn't a balance issue. My prop guy was very astute at tuning issues. He added a little cupping and all is well now. I also had S&S in Flushing bring my shaft within .003 specs and found him very good also. When you shop, ask the prop dealer if you can return a prop if after a sea trial it doesn't do the right job so you can switch it out for the one that works on you setup.
