1985 Nauset 35 bought this Boat 4 years ago in Maryland and brought her back to Boston, Where over the last four seasons she has spent winters at Nauset Marine in Orleans being updated, if I keep her the last few thing on my list I would like to do is a paint job and maybe an auto pilot.

The boat originally had a fly bridge with steering up only, we removed that and the added steering down on the port side (I know most prefer starboard side )

Garmin 7610/7607 displays radar, thru Hull transducer
We added Lenco trim taps and full length spray rails
In 2019 the bottom was soda blasted and barrier coated and repainted.
New Sea Star Helm in 2018
2017 engine was removed and painted all hoses and belts changed engine bay was also repainted and completely rewired
2017 new starter and a brand new spar will go with the boat.
    2017 new alternator
    2019 new vaccu flush head
2019 new solar panels that allow house batteries to be left on at mooring with refrigerator running
    2017 new deck in cockpit
    2017 new winter back
    2019 new windshield and wipers
    2019 new head liner
    2018 underwater leds
    2018 new v berth cusions/settee
16 foot lee outriggers 5 r&r swivel rod holders two fixed.

Probably forgetting some things I have receipts for all work done. Good solid boat that gets a lot of use, just looking to move up to something a little bigger. Seeing what the interest is. asking 95k obo motivated

Do you have a floscan or other fuel flow device installed? cruise 16-17 kts @8 GPH seems a bit off. Probably more like 10.5-11 GPH at that cruise speed.

10-11 GPH sounds a lot more real world.

How did you calculate the gallon per hour figure you posted?

I'm not trying to be adversarial, but 8 gph at 2,600 just doesn't SEEM possible. I've certainly been wrong plenty of times before, though.

Consumption curve for the 300 hp 5.9L at 2,600 looks more like 12-13 gph. What am I missing here?

My figures come from actual sea trials with a Nauset 35 with a QSB 5.9 Tug Barge is probably guesstimating the consumption. Not accurate, but not a lie, because in his mind he believes it.
