Hope y'all don't mind me coming here to pass on my LeBlanc 24' to the 2nd owner. I obviously like lobster skiffs, considering we made a two way journey from Jacksonville, FL - Wedgeport NS - then back south. Burned a lot of fuel, and hogged plenty of highway along the way.

This boat needs some serious TLC; pretty sound overall with some wood rot in the splashwell and hardtop uprights. Twin Force 90's need going through and the stainless 80gal tank needs cleaning. Probably some other issues as well, I'm not aware of.

It's on a nice tandem aluminum trailer; it could use new tires and bearing overhaul for a long trip.

Here's a photo from 1997 when it was new. I'll look for some current photo's, happy to answer any questions

    Regards Hank

Dennis, I already asked and he wouldn't give me one. Said something about listing on consignment in Florida...don't think this boat is for sale, at least to those of us north of the Mason-Dixon line, lol.

Sorry I don't have a price; I was told it needed to be in the buy/sell section. Why is there no price? Because I don't have a clue.

But a member did make an offer, so at least that's a start. Happy to answer questions about the boat; my questions are: 1. What kind of truck do you have? 2. Any idea how much fuel it's going to take round trip to Jacksonville and back? 3. Do you have the time and place for doing the necessary repair work (boat & engines). The motors need to come off and I have the lift ring that fits the flywheel (along with the repair manual).

I towed this rig with a 3/4 ton Suburban that had a 1 ton axle and 454cid engine getting 8 mpg. So at the very least the trailer needs four tires, bearings/hubs gone thru, and a decision about the disc brakes on the front axle. If it was me; I'd get them fixed before towing long distance.

Here's a link to more photos; the one's showing the gas tank are for illustration of how I think it can be cleaned in place (CIP). It's also possible to use an above deck fuel tank and leave the built in one for flotation. :p

Went and checked this one out on sat. Looked pretty good to me. My finances will not allow me a 4th boat right now though. FWIW, Jo
I had a nice review typed up here but I guess it got deleted somehow?
