Can you tell me about cutting the stringers down to size? How'd you do it so well after they were installed?

Used a circular saw with a carbide blade.

I purchased a new to me 2010 northern bay 25 this season the boat has been great. But I was off by 1000 rpm on top end and have been experimenting and with props and motor height adjustments. like to bang heads with you on this issue to see what you have found works best. give me a call if you have the time

Really awesome build. Looks like she rides really nice from the vid. I've always wondered how the outboard boats would ride be full keel inboard. What are you seeing for consumption at cruise?

Thank you. Really don’t have my fuel burn dialed in as I would like. From what I saw this season I would say I am in the range of 4 mpgs at cruise speed 19 knots 3500 rpms. Fuel gauge has been acting up but I’ll say when I’m filling up it always takes a lot less than I’m expecting. How about you/what power do you have in the sisu?

I haven't exactly figured it out yet either, first season with the boat. It's powered by an older 350 Chevy from a Chris craft. Definitely not the most fuel efficient setup. I'd estimate around 8-10 gph at an 18 knot cruise. Boat actually isn't a sisu looks alot like one though. Supposedly a Tripp bare hull that the PO built the topside himself

That Wheelhouse/Doghouse is the most well proportioned one I have ever seen. It would be great if you could market those.

Thank you Frank. There is a member on here that i got the dimensions from, just slightly altered height/width. Hes actually from Madison CT i believe. Give a search on Miss Daisy, should see a couple of his threads. Thought about taking a mold off this one for a sec but didnt want to compromise the paint/finish. If you want one let me know!

I think I know the boat. Is it a 22' Webbers Cove hull?
