    Well, its getting closer. ;)

One more canyon and its in range. Got the new steering ram in pla$e. Finally tracked down a joint that was letting a little air into my fuel system when it sat for several hours. Got some new rods to replace broken gear.

Now I need to sell some fish and pay for it all. :(

Trolling sucked and only got worse. Green stick did four fish regular did five and chunking did 14 yellowfin. A wahoo and two released swords. Missed a lot of fish with the green stick but do love it. Will be getting a 44. This worked out great to see if I liked it. My normal spread is there but so close which I don't like makes me wonder if I missed out on all the bigeyes.

I was really happy with the green stick, but will be moving to a 44' and selling this one. This was just an interim hold over for this year to get me in the game and wanted to see if I could function with it or not. I had everything and/or a need, except the pole so I got a great deal on a 30' from a board member. Best thing ever, thank you...

I was unhappy with the amount of hooks up I got for the amount of hits. But I think that might be part of the game or remember learning curve. Several times small albies/yellowfin would hang onto the stick but then fall off after a minute or two. My biggest yellowfin for this trip, nothing like last trip, believe around 69lb core was on the stick. As everyday is different one thing I noticed is that all these yf were single bites.
