Anyone catching them in NJ yet? Please post if you do- getting ready up here in CT and I know everyone else up North is doing the same!

Worried about the population based on what I have read in the last year or so too. Fingers crossed.

Migratory fish or is the theory that they are hold overs?

Would like to see if we could track the progress a little bit still.

Keeping a close eye on the migration...

Hi, I'm keeping a close eye on the migration. Check out www.striperwatch.com. A friend has started catching holdovers on Cape Cod. Lots of action in rivers, bays, and coast now in DE and NJ. Trying to update this map every couple days and always looking for contributions.

    Migratory bass moving east

Stripers starting to infiltrate the western end of Long Island. Some reports coming out of Oceanside, NY. Lots of action this week in Raritan Bay. Thought folks would want to know. www.striperwatch.com

Friend of mine caught his first bass on Tuesday night in a tidal pond in Stamford CT. Anyone on the sounds seeing the fish?

Hear they are up in RI just slow making it into LI Sound.

Apparently fish are in the North River and Duxbury/Plymouth bay of the MA south shore, although I have not been out to confirm. Excited to catch some!
