yes it was
Ok so it is a 37 not a 38?
What’s the difference?
The Tuna .com in the attached pics is a 38 Duffy, is this the boat you are asking about? If this is the boat you are asking about, it's a 38 Duffy, not a 37' Duffy. 38 Duffy and 37 Duffy are completely different, nothing is the same. The 38 is round chine, wider. The 37 is hard chine, less beam, and faster.
Here is a 37 Duffy.
Yes. Thanks! This is the boat I was wondering about. Thanks for clarifying
Nice, you made those differences obvious.
Its a 38 High Sheer Duffy. Higher bow flare. Softer chine and much wider and taller off water. I have one coming up for sale if you are interested.
What are you changing up for?
Great boat. I drive by your house all the time and noticed it in the yard recently.
You got a great boat! It's a sister ship to the Bounty Hunter. My buddy and his GF owned it together and unfortunately split up. Surprised it was on the market so long but the 1st broker didn't do them any favors. Sounds like Eric gave him some good advice. Best of luck with it!
Thanks Bill, Eric Smith is a great guy. I've know him for a long time. I just could not pass up this Duffy.
Always wondered what hull this is- saw it in Block Is the last couple years. It is HUGE for its length. Freeboard at the transom looks to be 42”. Any interior pics?
Was this boat at Niemic for sale a few years ago? If so, I looked at it when I bought my 31 Duffy. Was trying to justify the purchase of the 38 but couldnt make the numbers work then. Absolutely a stunning boat, and on my shortlist when I upgrade.
