Thanks to My Wife and Craigs List I'm the new owner of an old Teak Swim platform.

Now I'm reaching out to DEBF community to figure out just what to do with it, looking for suggestions.

I just turned in my man card and joined Pinterest looking for ideas but still I'm not sure.

So far top of the list is using it as the top for a Tiki Bar, followed by bench seat or planter shelf on the deck.

    Any other suggestions?

Or suggestions on how to build a bar for the deck?

    Thanks,

I've seen them turned into very nice benches.

Build a new boat to the specifications of the swim platform. Try calling it a birthday gift!

It would look great as a bar top with maybe some low light LEDs shining up through IMO

For a stand up bar/table - make a faux boat transom with the name of your boat and mount it to that. Then hang it on the wall. Just one of many possibilities. My wife dragged one home from a tag sale one day as if she was doing me a favor. So I'm right behind you in this project department.
